Personally, I think the Civil War comic is better than the MCU version. The movie is great, but loosely adapts the source material. The comic dives deeper into the Registration Act and the clash between Iron Man and Cap. Spider-Man's role is more impactful since he experiences both sides of the conflict and changes teams. The ending stands out because Cap realizes he's winning the fight, not the argument, and chooses to surrender, showing some conflicts can't be solved through violence alone.
